How it works

1. Order & send a photo. Right after checkout you'll get an email asking for your pet's photo. Any clear phone photo works.
2. Approve your proof. Within 48 hours we email your portrait preview. Nothing prints until you say it's perfect — one free revision included.
3. We print, frame & ship. Your portrait ships within 5–9 business days after you approve your proof, with delivery typically 4–7 days after shipping (US).

The details

• Gallery-grade canvas, hand-stretched; framed option in solid wood
• Every portrait individually rendered from your photo — markings, scars, crooked ears and all. That's the point.
• Made to order: because it's custom art of your pet, orders can't be returned once you approve your proof — which is exactly why you approve it first. Damaged or defective prints are reprinted free.
